Directions For Beta Alanine
Training days: Take one serving 20-30 mins before workout, and another serving immediately after workout with your favourite post-workout shake. Take a third serving with a meal.
Non-training days: Take three times daily with meals.
Beta-alanine may produce a mild tingling sensation in the face and upper torso, this is normal and is associated with beta alanine consumption and can last up to 30 minutes.
